ODBC Connectivity to Warcraft Armory

Oct 5, 2007 / 0 Replies Alright...an admitted gamer I am. I also happen to continue to co-manage an onling gaming community with a few buddies I've come to know over the last few years.

I'm looking for some help from the local techies here on seeing if anyone here can figure out some simple instructions on how to connect to the World of Warcraft armory (http://www.wowarmory.com) and get a look at the database structure.

I want to be able to see the various tables and generate custom reports from the armory for our guild. I'm used to making ODBC connections to databases and working from available tables, but I'm not sure how to punch into the Armory and start working.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Pentagon Cover-Up of 9/11???

Sep 1, 2004 / 7 Replies I'm no conspiracy theorist by any stretch. In a recent forum conversation that I was part of, someone introduced this website (see link below) as POTENTIAL information indicative of a cover-up by the federal government as to what really happened on 9/11 at the Pentagon.

Pentagon Cover-up???

Just curious to see what others might think about this. This is in no way conclusive of what really happened either - but it presented some information that did raise an eyebrow.

Lisboa becomes a father

Feb 17, 2004 / 19 Replies Well, the title says it all!

While the announcement is a little late in coming, my daughter was born on January 17th, 2004. Her name is Vivian Maxine! At birth she weighed in at 8 pounds 7 ounces.

Her mother and I are very happy and proud. We're also looking forward to getting engaged and married later this year (maybe 2005 depending on schedules)!

Take a gander!

Geek Test

Jun 15, 2003 / 18 Replies I've been looking around for some good geektests recently, just for the sake of exploring to what geek degree I have allowed myself to progress.

Thus far, this is the most comprehnsive geek test I've found. I currently am only 44.787 percent geek - Major Geek.

Speeding...What a cool thing it is!

Technology is about the coolest thing to drool over - at least if you're impressed with data transfer rates, packets received/sent, etc. and all other things geek!

Bless the day we all have multi-terrabit wireless connections!

Why did I post this? Becuase I know someone here has an opinion or three about it, and wants to say something.

The Detroit Project...

Jan 9, 2003 / 12 Replies I think anyone who has watched TV recently is aware of the "antidrug" commercials that tie local drug sales wihtin the US back to sponsoring overseas terrorists and guerillas.

Well, as fate would have it, one woman's ideas of filling up your SUV also sponsors terrorism. This concept is known as [link http://www.thedetroitproject.com]The Detroit Project[/link].

Check it out and let loose your own tyraid here. I think she's making a terrible argument and pulling down the name America in the process. Feel free to agree or disagree with me.

Computers are so handy....

Jan 8, 2003 / 4 Replies That is of course, until they create errors - much like this [link http://www.cnn.com/2003/US/Midwest/01/08/offbeat.computer.error.ap/index.html]one[/link].

What's your personal favorite computer error that you've experienced or heard of?
